Associate Attorney
Patrick Alexander Low is a Pennsylvania attorney at Grace Legal Offices, serving clients in Central Pennsylvania. With a background in both criminal defense and prosecution, Patrick brings firsthand courtroom experience and a practical understanding of how criminal cases are evaluated and prepared. His approach emphasizes careful evidence review, direct client communication, and thoughtful preparation for the decisions that can shape a case.
Patrick recognizes that facing criminal charges can leave people uncertain about their rights, their options, and what comes next. Throughout his defense work, he has prioritized direct client communication, meeting with clients to discuss their cases and speaking with them before court appearances. He brings that same focus on preparation and accessibility to his work with Pennsylvania clients at Grace Legal Offices.
Before joining the firm, Patrick practiced in Maryland, where he served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cecil County and later as a criminal defense attorney with Maronick Law LLC. In private practice, he regularly represented clients in District and Circuit Courts. His work included reviewing discovery, meeting with clients in custody, communicating with prosecutors, and preparing cases for court.
As a prosecutor, Patrick handled misdemeanor and traffic cases, many involving domestic violence. He reviewed case records and body-camera footage, communicated with witnesses and defense counsel, formulated plea offers, and represented the state at bail reviews. His experience on both sides of criminal proceedings provides a useful perspective on how evidence is assessed and how prosecutors and defense attorneys approach a case.
Patrick’s broader legal background includes reviewing documents for privilege through a federal contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. During law school, he also served as a certified student attorney with the Low Income Tax Clinic at Columbus Community Legal Services, where he counseled and represented taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and matters before the United States Tax Court.
Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 2022. While in law school, he served as a research assistant and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Asian Studies, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Vermont. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Texas.
At Grace Legal Offices, Patrick brings his criminal law background and preparation-focused approach to helping Pennsylvania clients address difficult legal circumstances. He prioritizes understanding each client’s situation, explaining the issues involved, and keeping clients informed as their cases move forward.
